Check the different operation roles and what each user profile can do

When you add a member to your employees in Doinn, you can choose which role to assign them depending on which permissions you want them to have. This means different roles can access different kinds of information and can perform different actions.

Each role determines different permissions and it can be chosen from the menu "Role".
Here is a list of the different roles and their permissions:
- Account owner role
This person manages the highest level of account settings.
They have full access and can add other account owners.
- Admin role can:
- Add another admin
- Add and remove managers
- Add and remove coordinators. - Manager role can:
- Add another manager (not remove)
- Manage own profile
- Manage business profile
- Manage integrations
- Manage properties
- Manage reservations
- Manage automations
- Manage checklists
- Manage billings
- Manage payment methods
- Pay/confirm order services
- Manage issues (report a problem)
- Export reports
- Read financial reports
- Read operational reports
- View financial insights
- View operational insights
- Add service notes
- Manage services
- Manage service items
- Request change of service dates and time
- Update order service dates and times - Coordinator role can:
- Add another coordinator
- Manage employee's and supervisors' profiles
- Manage own profile
- Manage business profile
- Invite customers
- Manage teams
- Manage catalogues
- Check items from checklists
- Assign order service to employees
- Assign properties to employees
- Upload customer invoices
- Manage provider’s documents (onboarding)
- Export reports
- Read financial reports
- Read operational reports
- View financial insights
- View operational insights
- Add service notes
- Add extra service to a job
- Manage extra service items to an executed job
- Update execution status of services
- Request change of service dates and time
- Supervisor role can:
- Manage cleaners and supervisors profiles
- Manage own profile
- Manage teams
- Check items from checklists
- Assign order service to employees
- Assign properties to employees
- Read operational reports
- View operational insights
- Add service notes and incidents
- Add extra service to a job
- Manage extra service items to an executed job
- Update execution status of services
- Request change of service dates and time. - The service worker role can only access the service assigned via the Doinn App and therefore see only the information in that service. As well the can:
- Check items from checklists of the service
- Add service notes and incidents in the service assigned
- Add photos to a service assigned
- Update the status of the service assigned.
