Learn what each service status mean

Services can show different status.
Check the following list to discover the meaning for each one.
1. Status Scheduled
The service has been created and the team assigned is informed.
While the service show this status, you can make all the changes needed to the service, including canceling it.
2. Status Confirmed
The incoming service is confirmed by the team assigned. Starting from this moment, any change needs to be approved by the other party due to a short time request. In case of any modification, the service will change the status to Pending (point 6).
3. Status On Going
The service is in a process of execution in this moment.
4. Status Done
The service has been executed.
5. Status Canceled
The service has been canceled.
6. Status Pending
A pending service is a service that requires an action, a service that needs to be confirmed, approved, or refused. The reason for the approval required by the other party is due to a short-time request.
The time in hours, when you are allowed to modify the service without asking for approval, depends on the team assigned.
