1 - New account roles added - Operations Rep

There is one more account role for your business needs. We also solved some minor issues with creating and deleting coordinators and supervisor user profiles. Current user profiles within one company are now:

  1. Account Owner
  2. Admin
  3. Manager
  4. Operations Rep
  5. Coordinator
  6. Supervisor
  7. Service Worker

You can add members to your organization in menu

People - members - add a member:

 

 

2 - Insights - Cleaning duration per day across the month available

 

In the tab performance inside the Insights menu, you can see the  the total cleaning time per day across the current month.

You can also get this information for the following month, because our platform predicts this indicator also 60 days in the future

 

 

3 - Clickable listing link available in the mobile app for all service workers

 

Inside properties details, it is possible to add a listing link which can be a link where the photos of the property are visible (e.g. airbnb, booking,.com, expedia, etc).

Some users also have specific documents like google docs with instructions and photos they want to service workers to follow.

 

 

4 - Property codes are now available in all property filters and reports

 

Now you can find the property codes available in all property filters and reports. Property filters are shown in:

  1. Integrations menu - edit integration - select properties
  2. Automations - edit automation - select properties
  3. Properties - Filters - properties filter
  4. Reservations - property filter
  5. Services - More filters - property filter

Also in all reports exports done in the platform the property code is available

 

5 - Next check-in date is now available in the services list

 

For every service schedule, the next check-in on that property is available in the services list. This allow you to better select what services have priority when comparing to other services in the same day

 

 

6 - SaaS user upgrade plan

 

It is now possible to upgrade plan directly in the software, you just need to go to https://app.doinn.co/plans and choose a different plan.

 

7 - SaaS Enterprise plan is available to request a quotation

 

It is now possible to request a quotation of our enterprise plan. We recommend this plan if your company manages or provides more than 500 services/month. After you request the quotation, our sales team will be in touch with you and will send you the pricing.
