What happens if no one responds to a modification or cancelation request?

Any user can always modify service details in any already created service.

The request will change the service status to Pending service.

To have the issue solved, the other party will have to approve or refuse the request.

In case no one responds to a request the service stays as Pending and it's not going to be added to a Monthly financial report or invoice and, therefore is not going to be paid.

The service is not going to be added either to any indicator in Doinn.
