What can I see and do in my dashboard?

In your dashboard you will be able to do the following actions:
1. Check summary of financial data in the top section
There are 3 metrics available in the dashboard:
- Gross total (Last 7 days) - includes a comparison with previous 7 days
- Gross total (Last 4 weeks) - includes a comparison with previous 4 weeks
- Gross total (since day 1)
The colors of the comparison can be red or green depending if numbers go up or down. For more details there is a direct link to reports.

2. How to use services calendar in the dashboard?
Here it is possible to navigate in the services calendar between dates and validate that all jobs are correct. Also you can validate all pending activities.
Every day has the information about:
- Total number of services to be executed in that day
- Total number of pending activities to check for that day
The dashboard contains 2 sections:
Services Section
In this section you can find a list of services and several actions to perform, this service list is similar to the one you have in services menu

3. Activities Section
Activities are pending actions on the user side and divided in:

Requests
In requests you can see all the requests done over a specific service. The requests can be to reschedule, cancel or approve a service added.
Type of requests
a. If the customer requests a new service with less time in advance than the catalogue notice period, the activity request will be shown like this:
b. If the customer requests to edit a service (add or remove items) with less time in advance than the catalogue notice period, the activity request will be shown like this:
c. If the customer or the provider request to reschedule a service, and the current service date or the new date are with less time in advance than the catalogue notice period, the activity request will be shown like this:
d. If the customer requests to cancel a service with less time in advance than the catalogue notice period, the activity request will be shown like this:
By clicking View service you will be lead to the service details where you can see the request, the status shown as pending and a message to allow you to approve or refuse the requested change.

The second tab we meet is Services. 2 days before service execution, if service is not paid / confirmed, user has this activity:
