# How can I control that services are created automatically for each reservation and property that I need?
## Learn how to monitor if your reservation has generated a service by the Automation

**Applies to:** *Property managers, property owners - software users, or service buyers*
Whenever you add a property to an automation a service request will be generated automatically as the setting in the Automation.
To check if there are any reservations without the generated service please follow these steps:
**a.** Go to the **Reservations** tab
**b.** Filter reservation per **Issues detected** from thestatus filter
It is important to understand why these reservations are not generating services. You should check the settings in the Automation as well as the Catalogs associated with it.
In case you want manually to add the service to a particular reservation select from the action menu **Add services:**
If the service is still not being added please contact the support team in Doinn **help@doinn.co**.

Another way to monitor if there is a reservation without the correspondent service is from the **Dashboard**.
Please note that if an **Activity** is marked you should check at the bottom what that Activity means. If the service is missing the reservation will be added to the list.
