How can I modify the service details?

How to modify the date, time, service duration, and service items?

Any user can always modify the details of a service that has already been created. To do this, select a service in the Control Panel or in the Services tab.

Once selected, you can modify the following information:

  • Edit the day and/or time of the service request:

  • Edit service details, such as changing the number of sheets or adding more different items to a service ("amenities", extra time, specific cleaning, products, water, etc).

Service details for future services can be changed as often as necessary and without the approval of the other party: client or service provider.

Whether it's a last-minute change to a future service or a change to a past service, the change is sent to the other party (customer or supplier) as a request to be approved or rejected.

The service will appear as Pending.

ATTENTION: If it's an urgent last-minute change and you don't receive a response from the other party (customer or supplier), contact them directly.
