After a service is completed, the summary provides essential QA details like service duration, task checklist, notes, photos, videos, the Quality Score, employee names, and the property details.

 

Once a service is completed, the following important data is available in the summary to conduct effective quality control:

1. Service Start and End Times

  • Start time: Displays the exact time the service began.
  • End time: Indicates when the service was completed.
  • Service duration: Shows the total time taken to complete the work.

2. Checklist of Tasks

  • Confirmed items: Includes the list of tasks verified during the service, showing which were completed and if there were any issues.

3. Added Notes

  • Service notes: All notes added during the service, whether they include photos or not, will be available for review.

4. Verification Photos and Videos

  • Visual evidence: Photos and videos taken at the end of the service are shown, allowing verification of the final state and comparison with initial expectations.

5. Quality Score

  • Quality rating: This score reflects the level of quality with which the service was completed, according to established standards.

6. Work Team Details

  • Employee(s): Identifies the worker or group of workers who performed the service.
  • Work team: If multiple employees were involved, the full team is specified.

7. Property and Location

  • Property name: Displays the name or identification of the property where the service was performed.
  • Property address: Shows the full address of the location where the service was executed.
