Manage Services using the Property calendar

The Property calendar helps you managing your operation workflow easily and with the support of a powerful view. In the property calendar in fact, you view you can manage all the tasks based on property.

When accessing the view we can see:

  • on top you can filter per period, per service status, per property or we can select more filters. But you can also add a new service;
  • below the filters, the platform displays the days of the current week;
  • we finally get to the heart of this view:
    • on the left side we can see our properties
    • and for each property we can see in real time the services and the status.

Here are all the symbols, icons and colors used in this area.

Each symbol shows the property status, the priority, the service status and the service category, all indicated in a calendar.

> If we analyze the situation we can see that some apartments are in green, meaning that these have been cleaned and ready to welcome new guests.

Not only, we can also see the type of service (in the example turnover cleaning + Linen rental) and the priority

High priority is indicated in red, to make it more visible, and it's showing when we have a checkout and a checkin in the same day


> Blue indicates that a task is scheduled and it will be turn into green once done.

> When a service is indicated in purple, it means that the service has started and the status in on going.

> When a service is indicated in orange, it means that the service is pendingThis means that this service needs to be approved or denied by the other part, due to a modification requested:

> When a service is indicated in red, it means that the service has been canceled and it will be displayed like this:

This view is very useful cause it allows you to have a complete vision of the workflow.



Views

We have 2 different views that work together to give you the best experience:

a. Daily view

b. Weekly view

a. Daily view

This setting comes as default, with period day select.

This view let you see all the activities done and scheduled for the day for each property selected.

b. Weekly view

From the filter period select week.

This view let you see all the activities done and scheduled for the week for each property selected.

Navigation

Colors and symbols will help you understand the daily workflow. 
For example, if I check the calendar of a past day, I'm expecting to see the following situation: all green, all cleaned and executed.

On the contrary, if I check the incoming days, the main color showing would be blue.

This view not only allows you ti see the workflow, but you can also select each service to see it's details.

For example, we see that we have a service with status pending

Just click on it and the service detail will show up together with the request to approve or decline the edit required:
