An issue related to quality has occurred. How to communicate the problem to the team?

If any issue related to quality arises you can report it directly to the service and the incident will be sent automatically to the team via Doinn.
Let's see this example: a service has been done but a towel was missing.
a. Select the service from the dashboard view or the service list:
b. On the top part you see the button "Report a problem", click on it:
c. A new window will open with a drop menu.
d. Check among all the options that best explain the issue, you will see various categories. Select the one that best suits you.
In this example, we need to report that the linen provided was incomplete.
e. Add a comment to specify the reason for the issue and save.
f. In the service details a new Tab will appear due to a problem reported:
This problem will be reported automatically within the service to the team assigned.
