What information does each service contain?

Find out which information is automatically included in services

Services Information is the core of our platform, their data is structured in several tabs and sections.

Some basic information like address, typology, and number of beds per type is always coming from the Integration, if any. In case you detect errors please update the information in your PMS and the update will arrive to Doinn in the next synchronization.

Other information like relevant property information or instructions are being added to each property in Doinn and the information will be automatically added to each service for that property. 

Checklists are created in Doinn and could be added to a particular service or the Automation. Either way, they will appear in service details.

 

The information in the services will vary depending on their status:

a. Scheduled or confirmed services

b. Executed services

Let's check the information on the scheduled or confirmed service.

In the tab Details, we have an overview of the service with order number, date, and time of execution. Also, we can see the service status and if it was created manually or by the Automation.

Below is the basic property information, with the link to maps and the property instructions:

In Services, there is information about the service with the possibility to Add notes or Edit the service: Screenshot 2023-11-30 alle 11.20.43

In People, it's stated who is the Buyer (Customer) and who is the Seller (Vendor). There is a possibility to Start a direct conversation related to the service:

In the tab Checklist, if any checklist is applied this tab will appear with their details:

In the tab History, all service actions will be added with their timestamp and user member identifiers.

b. Executed services

When the services are finished and properly stopped in Doinn two new tabs will appear - Summary and Photos

In the Summary tab, we have all the information about the service done such as:

  • Time service started
  • Time service finished
  • Duration
  • Photos
  • Checklist of executed tasks
  • Notes.
