How to create services in the past

It might occur that a service has been executed but it's missing in the service list, for example the service was not coming from a reservation and forgot to be manually added, like a deep cleaning.
To make sure that the final invoice is correct, you can manually add a service executed in the past.
Just follow the normal service creation and fill all the information.
Insert the date and a write a note that it will be communicated to your provider.
After adding it, a request the approval from the other part is required.
The request will generate a pending service status and it will be marked in orange.
The other part will receive a notification to solve the Pending status.
