# How to use the dispatch with the daily view?
## Dispatch View allows you to see all scheduled services, assign tasks to workers easily, and track their status in real time using intuitive visual cues.
The **Dispatch View** tool is extremely useful for managing and visualizing all scheduled services for the day. Here’s a breakdown of its key features and how to use it effectively:
### 1. Unassigned Services
At the top of the left column, you will see all services that have not yet been assigned to a worker. To assign a service, simply drag and drop it onto the appropriate worker on the right.
### 2. Assigning Services
When you drag a service, the worker’s row will light up in **blue**, indicating you’re in the correct row. A vertical **purple** line will also appear, showing the exact time you are scheduling the service, making it easier to place the task accurately.
### 3. Modifying Assigned Services
If you need to reassign a service, click on it and drag it to the new worker’s row.
### 4. Viewing Service Duration
- **Services under 15 minutes:** Display as a small icon.
- **Services over 15 minutes:** The width of the bar represents the service duration. For example, a two-and-a-half-hour service will take up two and a half cells.
### 5. Viewing a Worker’s Schedule
To view all services assigned to a specific worker, click the dropdown next to their name. This will give you a detailed view of their assigned tasks.
### 6. Worker Availability
If a worker is **crossed out** for a specific day, it means they are unavailable due to vacation, illness, or another reason that prevents them from being assigned tasks.
### 7. Real-Time Tracking
This view is highly practical for:
- Seeing overlapping services and adjusting schedules.
- Checking the **status** of services with color codes:
- **Green**: Completed.
- **Yellow**: Pending.
- **Red**: Canceled.
### 8. Navigating Between Days and Weeks
You can easily move between days and weeks with the controls in the top right corner:
- Use the arrows to move between **weeks**.
- Select a **specific day** using the small calendar at the top of the screen.
These features make the Dispatch View a powerful tool for organizing daily tasks efficiently and clearly.
