We have received a notification that the extra charge has been added. Where can I see the reason and how much will it cost?

Extra costs related to service modification during the execution

The extra charge in this case corresponds to a service modification that the team has done during the service execution. Service modification can be related to the duration of the service, the number or type of items, specific cleans, etc.

The modified service with an extra charge added will be displayed as shown below:

To see all the services that need confirmation, just go into the Services tab and filter per "Service to confirm" and period you need. The list of services with extra charges will be shown with the possibility of confirming one by one or selecting all of them in bulk.

To see the details of the extra charge please click on the Service:

By clicking on Confirm Items you can see which items were being added and you confirm.
