How to end the subscription and close the account

1. I am a buyer and I am outsourcing services from Doinn
When outsourcing services from Doinn you pay per service, therefore the cost of Doinn equals the total cost of services done in a certain period.
In case you want to stop using our services you should do the following:
- Coordinate with the team assigned the finish of relation - define the last services per property, a collection of linen, key delivery, etc.
- In your account in Doinn, revise scheduled and executed services to have the invoice ready and in place.
- In your account in Doinn, Deactivate or Delete all Automations and delete all future services from the Automation menu.
- In your account in Doinn, you should delete any running Integration from the Integration Menu.
- When all pending payments are in order you can delete Payment method details from your user account.
2. I am a subscribed software user
In case you want to stop using Doinn software and delete the subscriptions you should do the following:
- In your account in Doinn, Deactivate or Delete all Automations and delete all future services from the Automation menu.
- In your account in Doinn, you should delete any running Integration from the Integration Menu.
- Contact Doinn to delete your subscription.
- Delete Payment method details from your user account.
