In case of any issue related to the service execution, please contact directly with your service provider.

In Doinn there are always several options for how to contact the team assigned to your services.

Whether you are using the Doinn mobile App or the Desktop version the information will always be displayed.

a. Select the service

b. In the Service details Tab, scroll down to reach the People section where two options appear: Start conversation (via Doinn Messages) and Direct Call
