Automations - Menu

Applies to: Only registered users with roles: owner, admin, manager
Automations are a very powerful tool! It can generate automatically services that we defined.
In the automations menu, the users can do the following:
- Create automation - Automate all scheduling based in Doinn 5 elements formula (where, when, what, who, how)
- Edit, Deactivate, Delete My automations, View services, View Issues
- Filter per category
2. My Automations: Edit, Deactivate, Delete My automations, View services, View Issues
In the Automations tab, we see all the automations that we have created and associated with our properties. There are some actions that we can do by clicking on the 3 dots. Let's see them:
- View Services
Select this voice to see all the service related to this automation. This will lead you to the service tab.
- View Issues
In case of some issues, this voice will be selectable and will lead you to the issue.
- Edit
Select Edit to make the changes needed. This command will take you to the automation specs allowing you to do actions such as:

- Change the name of the automation
- Change/add a checklist (see article about the checklists here)
- Add or remove properties to the automation
- Update the needed services and quantities
- Change the name of the automation
- Deactivate
In case you want to deactivate automation, you need to choose what to do with future services.
You can deactivate the automation but keep all the future services already created or you can delete them all.
Inactive automation, that is not generating services, is displayed like this:
You can always activate again an automation. Click on the 3 dots and select activate
- Delete
In case you want to delete an automation, you can choose what to do with future services.
You can delete the automation but keep all the future services already created or you can delete them all.
Once automation is deleted, it will be no longer visible in your automation tab and cannot be restored.
3. Filter per category
On the top part of My automations you can move among your automations by using Filters.
You can filter:
- per Property
- per category
- per catalogue
- per service provider
