I cannot find the service of my property in the service list

There are 3 reasons if you cannot see a service created:
1. There's no catalogue created for the property
2. The property doesn't belong to an automation
3. The reservation doesn't have a service assigned
1. There's no catalogue created for the property
To create service, the first thing you need is a catalogue shared by your provider.
In fact, if you want to crearte a service manually, the catalogue is an information mandatory.

In this case, please read this article
b. I have a provider but I cannot see the catalogue for my property
Since Catalogues are strongly connected with the geographical area, it might be that the property is not located in the served area. Check with your provider!
2. The property doesn't belong to an automation
A service for a property will be automatically generated according to a reservation, when the property belongs to an automation.
a. I don't have any automation created
Using automations makes the daily operation workflow easier since all the reservation for your property will automatically generate a service request.
To create an automation check this article and follow the steps!
b. I have an automation created that works for my property
1. Go to Automation and select the automation where to add the new property.
2. From the top menu select edit
3. Scroll to reach the property section and select Add more properties
4. A new window will open. Look for the property, select it and confirm.
5. The new property is now added
6. Don't forget to check the quantities for extra services and lines sets for the new property and edit if needed
7. When it's all set, save the automation
8. Your property will now generate services according to the setting of the automation
3. The reservation doesn't have a service assigned
This is probably because you have added a reservation manually.
Adding a reservation manually doesn't mean that a service is created (unless you are using automations - strongly suggested)
From the Reservation tab you can see that there is a reservation reporting an issue: no service.
Through the menu "Actions" select Add services.
