    1 - It’s now possible to see the last sync of each automation 

     

    In order to help you realise if the automation is working or not, we have added the last sync information of each automation. You can find it easily at the top of each automation card.

    2 - More information about automation status and service scheduling 

     

    Take control of your automation processes and service scheduling by accessing detailed information about their status. With this information at your fingertips, you can make informed decisions and ensure that your operations are running smoothly.

    3 - Now as a provider you can cooperate with your customers.

     

    Request permissions to manage customer’s services.

    Now as a provider, you can request permission from your customers in order to create services, properties and automation. It will help both providers and customers with your day-to-day work. It brings more flexibility and quickness to manage and perform tasks.

    Add customers to the people section.

    Besides requesting permission, now you can add customers who don't have a Doinn account. There is no need to invite and wait for your customers to accept the invitation and start work.

    Add properties, services and automation to the customer's account.

    Once you have got permission to cooperate with your customer, you can create properties, services and automation, and assign them to your customers.

    4 - New bed sizes added 

     

    You can now effortlessly add new bed sizes to your catalogue.

    5 - Divide the task time duration among the workers in the Dispatch view

     

    Now if you assign a task to different workers the time duration of the task will be divided among the workers whom you assigned.

    6 - Floating onboarding with more information

    We've made some small enhancements to those integrations in order to ensure better work.
