What do the automation warning messages mean, and does the customer need to take any action?
The different types of automations warnings
Automations have different types of warnings, each requiring a specific action to resolve.
1. There is a similar service on yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm already scheduled for this property.
By default the platform doesn't allow duplicate services (e.g.: two laundries) for the same property on the same date. The automation releases this error the moment a second service tries to be created.
The customer could either assert if that's their desired behaviour, or remove this protection in the profile (Profile > Other Preferences > Multiple services of the same type).

2. The catalogue has no items available for this property for a service on yyyy-mm-dd hh:mm.
This means that the catalogue doesn't have price for this property. The customer can go to the related catalogue of this automation, click the tab "Services", "Edit items manually" and add the property to the catalogue along with corresponding price and duration.
