The new map view in the services section allows you to visualize the real-time location of geolocated workers and the services scheduled in a specific area.
With the new map functionality in the services section, managing and coordinating work teams is now easier and more efficient. Here’s how it works:
Worker and Service Geolocation
On the map, you can see:
•The current location of each worker who has activated their workday.
•The services that need to be completed in nearby properties.
For example, in the Bangkok map, we can see that Adrian Lim is located near the properties where tasks are assigned, making planning and monitoring more efficient.
Requirements for Geolocation
For workers to appear on the map:
1.Clock In: Workers must start their workday by clocking in through the app. This activates location tracking.
2.Clock Out: At the end of their workday, they must clock out to deactivate tracking.
Management During the Workday
During the workers’ active workday, the map view enables:
•Real-time monitoring: Track workers’ locations as they perform their tasks.
•Route optimization: View pending apartments and assign tasks to the nearest workers.

Note: The geolocation feature is only active while the worker has clocked in.
