You can review the quality of a service by assigning a score between 1 and 10 in the job summary once the job is completed. The average score per staff member can be found in the staff list and the dispatch action.
To review the quality of a service and give it a score, follow these steps:

Access the Job Summary:
- Once the service is completed, navigate to the job summary.

Assign a Score:
- In the job summary, you will have the option to assign a score to the service.
- Enter a score between 1 and 10, based on the quality of the completed work.

View the Average Score per Staff:

- The average score for each staff member is automatically calculated and displayed.
- You can view this average score in the following place:
- Staff List (when assigning workers): When selecting a worker for a new job, the staff list will show each worker's average score, helping you choose based on past performance.
