# How to export the employees timesheets
## Downloading the Timesheet report is simple. You just need to access the reports section, select the Timesheet option, and use the export button. Here's a step-by-step guide.
To download the Timesheet report, follow these steps:
1. **Go to the Reports section:**
- Navigate to the platform's main menu.
- Click on the "Reports" option.
2. **Select the Timesheet option:**
- In the reports section, you'll see a dropdown menu.
- The "Timesheet" option is located in the fifth position. Click on it.
3. **View the Timesheets:**
- You will now see the Timesheets of different employees.
4. **Download the report:**
- In the upper-right corner of the screen, you will find an "Export" button.
- Click on "Export" to download the corresponding file in Excel format.
By following these steps, you can easily download the Timesheet and keep track of employee working hours.
