Learn how to manually or automatically generate and share the public link of a service summary with your customers or property owners for clear communication and transparency.
There are two ways to share the public link of a service summary with your customers or property owners. You can either do it manually after a service is completed, or you can automate the process so that the summary is sent automatically via email. Below are the steps for both methods:
Option 1: Manually Share the Link

Complete the service
Once the service has been completed, go to the service summary. -
Generate the public link
In the top right corner of the service summary, you’ll see a button labeled “Generate link.” Clicking this button will automatically copy the public link to your clipboard. -
Share the link
Paste the link into your preferred communication channel, such as WhatsApp, email, or any other medium. This will allow the recipient to access the full service summary.
Option 2: Automate the Job Summary Sharing
If you prefer to send the summary automatically once a service is completed, follow these steps:

Go to Properties
Navigate to the properties section in the platform. -
Access the property settings
Select the property you want to configure and go to the settings section. -
Set the Job Summary Notification Preference
Look for a section called “Job Summary Notification Preference.” This is where you can configure the automatic summary notification settings. -
Add email addresses
In this section, click “Edit” and add the email addresses of the people who should receive the service summary automatically. You can add as many emails as needed. -
Automatic email dispatch
Once you’ve added the emails, every time a service is completed for that property, the service summary will be automatically sent to the designated email addresses, with no manual action required.

- Manual: After a service is completed, copy the public link by clicking the "Generate link" button and share it with your customers or property owners.
- Automatic: Set up the notification preferences for each property to automatically send the service summary to the specified email addresses when the service is completed.
