I added a new property in the PMS but its still not available in Doinn

I cannot see the property added by my client

The property can be received in Doinn immediately or it might take few hours/the next day depending on the PMS. 

If after a day, the property still hasn't showed up, it might be that some information is missing at PMS level. 

One of the common reasons is because the latitude and longitude (lat/long) is not set in the PMS or Channel Manager. Make sure that your to have this information set for all properties because is mandatory for Doinn.
