🧹 New service list view
The service list view was redesign. These are the main changes:
- Now you can select multiple services to easily reassign or change priorities.
- Now is super clear to see some scheduling change, showed by the yellow watch icon.
- The related issue is showed below the service name.

Shifts: For office-style time tracking with clock-in and clock-out times.

Services: Displays total service time per worker, with a downloadable report including service count, total time, and cost based on hourly rates (if configured).

🔗 Multiple iCal links per property
Now up to two iCal links can be added per property, useful for syncing with Airbnb, Booking, etc.
⚠️ Note: Doinn does not handle overbooking conflicts.
📝 Improved Service notes
The service notes have new features, now you can:
- Edit or remove notes.
- Add or remove photos and videos.
- Download all attachments in one click.
The service summary was redesign to show clearly the two types of notes:

General notes are strictly intended for the internal team only and will not be shared in any public link. These notes are confidential and accessible only to the team.

Finish notes are used to confirm that the service has been successfully completed. These notes will be shared on all public links and accessible to everyone.
❌ Refuse services setting
A new config on members profiles allows them to refuse services until 23:59 on the day before the scheduled date.
🚦 Set different service priorities
Now you can set any priority to any service:
🔴High
🟡Normal
🟢Low
You can also bulk-edit the priority for multiple services directly from the list view.
🏠 Customize how property names are displayed
In your user profile, under the "Other preferences" section, choose to see properties as:
- Property name - Sunset Villa
- Property code - 5023020
- Property name (code) - Sunset Villa (5023020)
- Code (Property name) - 5023020 (Sunset Villa)
This setting applies across the entire platform.
🔧 Services created from Issues improved
Now, when creating a service from an issue, the issue details are included inside the service view - helpful for maintenance tasks where context is key.
📋 Property checklists
Now, in addition to assigning generic checklists, you can add specific checklists for each property.
These are merged automatically when both exist for the same property.

Cancelled services are no longer shown in the Dispatch view.

You can now sort issues from the mobile app.

Amenities requested in past services can be previewed.

It’s possible to schedule maintenance and delivery services at the same time for the same property.

You can now download a PDF with laundry and amenities details.

The “External Checklist” field in properties is now called “Information” for broader use.

Employee availability (days and hours) is being refined to improve dispatch accuracy.
