2. I have a new provider 

You are currently working with a provider but you want to change to another one that you know.

First, be sure that the new provider has been invited to Doinn, to get all the service requests.

3. What to do with the created services

To change a provider to another, keep in mind that there are services that are already created and scheduled with the him.

There are 2 options: 

• keep the services that are already created, which will be done by the previous vendor, and then the new services added will be accomplished by the new vendor
• delete all of the services created and then create them again, which should go directly to the new vendor.
