How to use the property calendar in the weekly view?

The weekly view of properties allows you to see all services scheduled during the week and access detailed information. While services can't be moved directly in the calendar, you can edit the date by entering the service and adjusting it manually.

The weekly view of properties is an essential tool for efficiently managing the services scheduled for each property throughout the week. Below are the main functions and benefits:

  1. Complete service overview: This view allows you to see all services scheduled for the week, along with any associated reservations. You can clearly see the status of each service, whether it’s pending, in progress, completed, canceled, or marked as a priority.

  2. Detailed information with one click: By expanding each property, you can access more detailed information about the services. Clicking on a specific service gives you all the relevant details, allowing for precise and effective management.

  3. Weekly navigation: The view lets you move from one week to another, making it easier to plan ahead and keep track of the services scheduled for different periods.

  4. Property cleaning status: At a glance, you can see which properties have been cleaned and which still need attention. This makes it easy to quickly identify the status of properties and any outstanding tasks.

  5. Service type filters: You can filter by specific types of services, such as maintenance, to see only the properties with that type of service scheduled for the selected week.

  6. Filter properties with or without services: If you need to check whether a specific property has services scheduled during the week, the property filter lets you view which ones have tasks assigned and which don’t.

  7. Filter by service status: You can apply filters to view properties with services in specific states—pending, confirmed, or canceled—making it easier to monitor and prioritize tasks.

  8. Manage by employee: It’s possible to filter services by the assigned employee. This allows you to see how many properties and services have been assigned to each worker throughout the week, simplifying workload management.

  9. Editing service dates: In this view, you cannot move services directly on the calendar. To change the date of a service, you will need to enter the specific service and manually edit the date. Here’s how:

    • Open the service you wish to modify.
    • Go to the "Edit Date and Time" section.
    • Adjust the new date and save the changes.

    Once updated, the service will move to the new date in the calendar automatically.

    However, it’s important to note that this view is designed mainly to provide a clear and comprehensive overview of scheduled services, not to make direct modifications to them.

 

This weekly view offers a clear and user-friendly way to manage scheduled services and properties, helping you plan, prioritize, and effectively track the status of each task and property.
