How can we assign several types of services to properties by default (per staff)

To assign a worker to a specific type of service in a property, you need to access the property section, select the desired property, and make the assignment in the staff section. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to do it.

To set a default worker for a specific type of service within a property, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the property section:

    • Navigate to the Properties section in the platform.
    • Select the property where you want to make the assignment.
  2. Access the staff section:

    • Within the selected property, go to the Staff or Workers section.

  1. Assign a new service:

    • Click on the New Service Assignment button in the top right corner.
  2. Choose the type of service:

    • A dropdown menu will appear where you need to choose the type of service you want to assign. Options include:
      • Cleaning
      • Laundry
      • Maintenance
      • Check-in
      • Other specific service types

  1. Select the worker or team:

    • A list of available workers or work teams will then appear.
    • Each worker will have a score visible, showing their average rating based on previous services performed. This helps you choose the best worker according to their past performance.
  2. Save the assignment:

    • After selecting the worker or team, click Save.
    • The service will now automatically be assigned to the worker you chose.

This process ensures that each type of service in a property is assigned to the most suitable worker, based on their experience and previous ratings.
