The new bulk actions functionality in the properties section allows you to manage several properties simultaneously, saving time and effort. Here’s how to use it:
How to Perform Bulk Actions
1.Select the Properties
Choose three, four, or more properties you want to manage.
2.Go to “Manage Properties”
In the top-right corner, click “Manage Properties” to open the options menu.
3.Choose the Desired Action
You’ll see the following options:
•Disable Properties: Temporarily disable the selected properties to pause services or automations.
•Assign Services: Link a type of work (e.g., cleaning) and assign default workers to the selected properties.
•Add a JobSummarEmail: Input an email address to receive work summaries for these properties.
•Share Properties with Providers: Share the properties with providers, allowing them to manage catalogs, create automations, or configure services as needed.
Examples of Use
Assigning Services
•Select the properties.
•Click “Manage Properties” and choose “Assign Services.”
