As a Service Provider or Co-host, Can I See the List of Reservations of the Customers I Invite?

It’s not yet possible to see the reservations of invited customers, only your own. However, services will be created based on reservations..

Currently, as a service provider or co-host on Doinn, you cannot view the list of reservations of customers that have ownership or cooperation on the platform. You can only see your own reservations.

Important details:

  • Upcoming feature: The ability to view invited customers' reservations is on our development list and will be available in the future.

  • Service automation: If your customers set up automations based on their reservations, services will be created automatically, even if you don’t have direct access to the reservations.

  • Reservation information in services: Once services are created, you can see some reservation details within each service.

This ensures that providers and co-hosts can continue to offer services effectively, even without full access to customer reservations.
