You can now instantly generate a service from any reported issue, no catalogue setup required.
Enhanced photo and video upload for checklists
Photo and video uploads are now significantly faster. You can capture images directly with your camera or select files straight from your gallery.
Catalogue service edition improvement
It is now clearly indicated which items are restricted from editing.
Video upload improvement
When a large video is uploaded, the preview now clearly indicates that the video is processing and will be available within a few seconds.
Seamless access to the automation catalogue
You can now quickly navigate to the automation catalogue while editing an automation, streamlining your workflow.
Consistent and optimized filters for reports, catalogues, and attendance
Filters across reports, catalogues, and attendance are now unified for a consistent experience and have been optimized for improved performance.
Assignees on the service list
Workers can now view all assigned team members for each of your services.
Property calendar and Dispatch menu updates
Based on client feedback, the Property option within the Services menu was found to be confusing due to its similarity with the main Properties section. To address this, several menu terms have been updated:
- The Property option has been renamed to Calendar;
- In English, List view is now simply List;
- In European and Brazilian Portuguese, the option previously labeled Calendário is now called Atribuição.
