Doinn Product Updates from October 2025

 

Now it's possible to create issues using Doinn AI

 

 

This new functionality empowers users to seamlessly create and report maintenance issues via Doinn AI, utilizing photos, voice input, or text descriptions to accurately capture any situation requiring attention.

 

 


 

Download geolocation timesheet records

You can now export an Excel file containing each user's clock-in and clock-out geolocation history, providing comprehensive location tracking for your team’s timesheet activities.

Improved attendance section

 

Some improvements were made on the attendance section:

  1. Now the change requests and number of services of the workers are showed;
  2. Absence  was added as a new general term for any day or period when an employee is not at work as scheduled;
  3. Administrators receive email notifications when there are worker requests changes;
  4. The message was improved to the service worker when he tries to edit his attendance on a day with services.

 


 

Shared catalogues improvements

 

  1. Now the users receive an email and bell notification when any service was updated on a shared catalogue;
  2. Now catalogues with internal properties cannot be shared with any other customer.

 


 

Multiple services of the same type

 

A new option in the profile section now enables business accounts to schedule multiple services of the same type at a single property on the same day.

 

 


 

Plan selection at the end of the trial

 

At the end of the trial period, users will have the ability to choose between the Free Plan and the Professional Plan.

 

 


 

Filter the services created from issues

 

There is a new filter to view services created from issues.
