# How to Use the Property Calendar in the Daily View
## The property calendar in the daily view provides an easy way to manage and assign services. It includes a live time indicator and drag-and-drop functionality that highlights the employee and service times, allowing for efficient scheduling.
To effectively use the property calendar in the **daily view**, follow these features and tips:
1. **Current Time Indicator:**
- A live line shows the current time and updates every minute. This helps you keep track of the day’s progress in real-time.
2. **Drag-and-Drop Functionality:**
- When dragging a service to assign it, the calendar highlights the employee to whom the service will be assigned.
- A line appears, indicating the time at which the service will be scheduled, ensuring precise time allocation.
- If you drag the service close to the edges of the calendar, the interface will automatically scroll to reveal other hours of the day. This feature prevents you from having to drop the service to adjust the calendar view manually.
3. **Weekly View:**
- In the weekly view, the column representing the current day is highlighted for better visual navigation.
- When using the drag-and-drop feature in the weekly view, the column of the selected day and the chosen employee will be highlighted, with a line showing the specific time the service will be assigned.
These features make managing and assigning services more intuitive, ensuring a clear and organized daily and weekly scheduling process.
