New Doinn AI Assistant

Doinn is introducing the new AI Assistant. Doinn AI is available to support you with any questions or requests, simply ask using voice or text.

You can access the Assistant from the redesigned top navigation bar.

Whatsapp Doinn AI Assistant

You can now use WhatsApp to communicate with Doinn AI and ask the same questions or submit the same requests available through the platform’s Assistant.

To configure WhatsApp, please visit the Help Centre and follow the instructions.

New Role Added: Operations Manager

The new Operations Manager role combines Supervisor and Operator permissions, allowing management of field workers, team operations, and service creation/execution — without access to financial information.
