Re-schedule services

In order to make a change on dates for an automatic service you will have to go to your PMS or Channel manager and change the dates from there something like this:

Have in mind that if there is an extension in your booking a cleaning service may be needed to be created manually.

Block a service

Differently from what we saw on the previous manually booked services, when canceling a future service made automatically you should follow these steps:

1.Go to your reservation's dashboard & locate the service you wish to change:

If your canceled service was already charged you will get a credit on your account wish can be used to buy services in the future, check this article on how to use credits.

Please remember as we said previously, you can cancel your booking previous to the date of request, using this option on the platform. If it's a last-minute cancellation supplier can choose to retain the value paid as a cancellation fee.
