What are the extras? โœ‹

Welcome back!

Now if you are wondering why you have extras added to your service you are in the right place to find out.

The first thing to understand is in Doinn we have specific timing and procedures so if you have one of these scenarios:

A long-mid stay guest

Your property was closed for long periods of time

Guests had a party

Or any other circumstance in which your property requires more time to be cleaned due to the previous reasons explain then most likely you will be charged for extra time.

Other extras can also be:

Because of extra laundry services (Making more loads than the specified for a service)

Linen is extra for a specific case.

Be aware these extras are cleaning and/or laundry items that were made but were not marked by you on the order for the service.

Remember also if you are not sure our time adapt to your property you can always schedule an inspection physically or virtually to evaluate how much time your property requires and avoid surprises on the total amount of your services.

Our times and prices are set for apartments and specific-sized properties.

For villas, townhouses, or cottages you will need to verify with the support team.

What do I do if I see extra charges?

Extras have to be managed directly by you on your Doinn account.

When you enter your host dashboard there will be pending items on your cart just like this:

These outstanding services are identified in orange and say "Pending payment or Partial payment". Just like this one:

Take note that you will receive an email also advising of this pending item on your account.

What you should do afterward?

Take care of the payment either by clicking on the notification email or easily when entering your dashboard again.

We strongly encourage you to take care of this to prevent any restrictions to your account in the near future.

It's very important to know, that the vendors are ALWAYS obligated to inform the property managers and ask for permission to make extras (referring to Doinn terms and conditions).
